Inspection of the property should be foot traffic only and there will be no hunting allowed during the inspection.

What are the benefits for the hunter with using the Hunting Lease Network system?
Quality hunting land is getting harder and harder to find. Many people have tried public hunting only to find it crowded and unsafe. Our program ensures you will have exclusive hunting rights to good hunting land with the ability to renew the lease from year to year. Our properties provide the hunter with a great change at harvesting trophy animals without the hassle of driving around and going door to door asking permission. We handle everything from the lease write up, hunting insurance and renewals.

What are the benefits for the landowner with using the Hunting Lease Network system?
Many landowners want to increase income while maintaining control of those who hunt or fish on their land. With competitive bidding and a managed lease, our hunting lease program provides good income and control. We market and negotiate the lease, collect payment and establish rules. Our program not only provides good additional income for you, but a hunting lease also provides additonal help with eliminating trespassing and poaching on your property. All hunters are required to carry $1,000,000 hunting liability insurance and to provide proof of such insurance before gaining access to your land.

  Are there any "hidden fees"?
No, the price you bid on for the lease is the only price you pay.

Can we do a long term lease?
Yes, we can help set up a long term lease, but the first year is always a one year contract. We want to make sure the lease is a good fit for both you and the landowner before we enter into a muliple year lease.

Do we have exclusive rights to hunt the property?
Yes, the landowner has agreed that your group will have the exclusive rights to hunt the property. Exceptions to this will be listed in detail in the description to the property.

If the property is already leased is there any way to bid on it for next year?
Yes, Please contact the territory manager for the area of the lease you are interested in. We will contact the hunters from last year to see if they want to renew. They always have the first right to renew and if they match your bid they will keep the lease. If they don't you are awarded the lease. The landowners and your HLN territory rep will determine the price for the new years lease and if a renewal is allowed for the previous years lease tenant.
