The deer numbers in this area of Gibson County are off the charts. We have had leases in Gibson County for over 10 years now and the big bucks coming off our leases are numerous. This property should produce big time with all this secluded habitat. I have see multiple deer every time I have been on the property. Lots of deer sign both fresh and from years past. Lots of good stand set locations. Great genetics, great food sources, & Indiana's "One Buck Rule" to let a large number of deer reach a mature age class. this is a recipe for success.

With Good Pond Slough cutting through the property, the waterfowl hunting potential could be incredible. There were hundreds of wood ducks in there when I was there last. I would imagine the early teal and Mallards a little later could be great.
