Property Description: Two 160 acre farms in Marshall County Kansas. The properties are about a mile apart with good gravel roads to each.

The 160 acre tract in section 9 includes ungrazed pasture, timber, meadows, corn, soybeans, wheat, and milo. It includes 1/8 mile of creek. The creek is selcluded at almost 1/2 mile from the road. An internal access lane will take you down towards the timber. Tenant farmer reports lots of deer and turkeys.

The 158 acre property in section 9 is just a little more than a mile north of the 160 acre tract. The northeast corner of the farm has a lower area (17 acres) of tall grass and trees along a small creek - a great bedding area for deer that use the timber to the north. Deer and turkey come out of the timber to the north to bed, loaf, and feed on the variety of crops on the farm (corn, beans, wheat, and milo).

Lease price includes $1 Million in hunting liability insurance. Max of 5 poeple on lease. Outfitters and guides must provide their own additonal insurance.
