Property Description: 800 ACRES OF DEER AND TURKEY HUNTING. Whitetails & Muleys both inhabit this tract that consists of remote canyons, grassland and pasture that upland birds such as pheasants and prairie chicken thrive on. Corn and bean rotation with alfalfa fields lie around this tract providing plenty of feed for the deer and turkey. Landowner reports many deer and turkey, and will show the winning bidders the boundaries if desired. ATV usage is permitted to provide easier access and retrieve game. This is mostly a walk in hunting. 4 people max per visit 4 deer per/yr. all other game based on legal hunting limits up to 4 people. The owner has a small bunk house for use if interested that he can provide electricity, heat, and outdoor hydrant otherwise the nearest motel is a 4 room motel 17 miles away in Callaway NE or other accomidations in surrounding towns near here. There will be cattle that are rotated from pasture to pasture through the summer and will be moved out approx. mid October. Respect to cattle is expected.
