The property has been managed for Mature Bucks for the last two years. It is in Amish country, with part of the property being farmed by the Amish. The Amish will be seen going to and from their fields on the main road that cuts through the property. It has a rolling topography with creeks cutting through it creating some awesome bottom land hunting. Hardwood ridges make up a big portion of the property.
