Property Description: 10 DAY (min) LEASE PHEASANT HUNT PROPERTY on 3500 acres South of Aberdeen, South Dakota. You are bidding on a flexible lease that includes 10 days total of pheasant hunting @ $1880 per lease. A total of 10 days hunting may be used by an individual or party. For example, 1 person may hunt on 10 different days, or 5 persons could hunt 2 days. This is not a guided hunt, but will be hosted by a person who will show you the boundaries etc. More than one lease will be available for this property, but only a limited number of leases will be sold in order to maintain hunting quality. This hunt can be customized to more than 10 days at a discounted rate by calling Jeff at 605-660-3337.
Easy to get to. I saw several pheasants just driving around the sections. 2007 was a great year and 2008 looks just as good. Lease includes access to entire 3500 acres, consisting of 200+ acres CRP, 1000 pasture, 30+ of long shelter belts, & row crop. Property also has food plots & several low land sloughs. To date this property has been leased for the 2008 dates of October 18-22 and will be unavailable to lease during those dates. Deer hunting not included in this lease, but a separate deer hunting lease available upon request.
