Property Description: This Western Kentucky property has it all. With close to 3 miles of river and creek frontage, the game on this property is abundant. Deer, turkey and waterfowl. Pond river runs down the east side and Otter Creek runs down the north and west sides.
This property is one big funnel, with lots of pinch points. The bucks will be cruising the cover along the creek and river looking for hot does. The crop fields in some areas make little coves. These are essentially little secluded food plots. There was lots of deer sign in these coves/pockets. You could easily hunt 3-4 people on this property without being crowded. The river along the east edge also has some great fishing opportunities and is home to some whopper catfish.
Madisonville is within 15 miles and has plenty of choices for both food and lodging. I know there is a Cracker Barrel and a Days Inn, what more do you need. There are also two nice spots to camp on the property.
