Property Description: GEESE, DUCKS, DEER, TURKEY, QUAIL, DOVE AND GOOD FISHING!! This property has it all and is a WATERFOWL HOTSPOT!! The 20 acre lake is surrounded by crop fields and grass strips making it ideal for waterfowl hunting. The Mexico Missouri area is known for holding impressive numbers of ducks and geese during the fall migration. Owner reports seeing the fields full of geese with other big lakes close by to keep them coming. Lots of wooded draws and strips of cover to ambush deer and turkey.

Walked property and observed tons of deer sign including the rubs pictured below. I saw lots of deer and a big covey of quail. Lots of goose droppings and feathers on ice covered 20 acre lake. Owner says the fishing is FANTASTIC ! This property really does have it all. Missouri tags are over- the- counter. NO LOTTERY.

$1 million of hunting liability insurance included in lease price. Outfitters/guides must provide their own additional insurance. Owners family and a few limited friends will fish the lake 2 to 3 times a year (no hunting).
