Property Description: INCREDIBLE DEER, TURKEY AND GOOSE HUNTING LEASE near Hudson Wisconsin! This is truly a special hunting parcel, with about 180 acres of crops, about 130 acres of timber and the remaining pasture. The landowner reports very heavy deer population and the fields are full of deer in the evenings after crops are harvested! Goose hunting is also allowed after crops are out of the fields.

The tract is located in Kinnickinnic township in St Croix County Wisconsin, about 10 miles east of Hudson. St Croix County has the potential for exceptional whitetail deer!

I walked this tract and kicked up several deer and caught a glimpse of turkeys feeding in a picked corn field. The woods are filled with tree tops and brush left behind from a select cut. This is thick, knarly, brushy stuff with plenty of thing to poke and stick you, just what the big bucks love. The woods rise up about 150 feet and then levels off with several trails running along benches on the hill sides and the top crisscrossing with trails. There are many pinch pointes and trails both on the hillsides, in the valleys and saddles, along fence lines and on top of the hill. The main block of timber is mostly hardwoods with some pine mixed in and goes out to a cedar lined bald knoll to the north. The smaller stands of timber on this tract are mostly hardwoods.

There is DNR land across the road for additional hunting opportunities. Deer licenses (all weapons) are over the counter in Wisconsin, NO LOTTERY!

There are homesites on the property that are rented out and must not be disturbed!

The landowner will meet the lessee to describe property boundaries, access and has agreed to allow camping on this tract. Limit of 6 hunters allowed. $2MM liability insurance policy included in lease price.
