INCREDIBLE DEER, TURKEY, GOOSE HUNTING, AND TROUT FISHING LEASE near Hudson Wisconsin! This is a special hunting parcel, but also has a GREAT trout stream right through the property! The tract has about 40 acres of timber, with crop fields and pasture making up the rest. Goose hunting is also allowed after crops are out of the fields.

This lease is a heavily used travel corridor that follows the Kinnickinnic river, to timber, to brushy fence lines and to crop fields. There are tons of deer trails and a well used river crossing (see picture). Due to the terrain, river and lack of cover this is one long narrow travel route for the deer, even the pastures have a heavily used trail out in the open where the deer are moving. There is a DNR easement to the river for trout fishing, but season closes September 30, before archery deer season opens. Because the timber is so stretched out it makes for alot of different stand opportunities.

The tract is located in Kinnickinnic township in St Croix County Wisconsin, about 10 miles east of Hudson or 30 minutes from St Paul. St Croix County has the potential for trophy whitetail deer!

This tract can be combined with adjacent WINO 0004 to really add to the hunting land and save on the liability insurance! The tract is across the road from DNR land for additional hunting opportunities. Deer licenses (all weapons) are over the counter in Wisconsin, NO LOTTERY!

There are homesites on the property that are rented out and must not be disturbed! Landowner has some buildings available for storing recreational vehicles, but you must discuss terms with him.

The landowner will meet the lessee to describe property boundaries, access and has agreed to allow camping on this tract. Limit of 4 hunters allowed. ATV use is allowed for hunting activities only. $1MM liability insurance policy included in lease price.
