This place is a place that you can visit and hunt from beginning hunting season starting with Dove all the way to mid May and finish up with Spring Turkey. The tracts are mostly grassland with wooded canyons bordered by river on the north and dry creek on the south, there is some alfalfa and some other forage crop ground. This property is less than a couple of miles to the Pressey State Wildlife Management Area.

The landowners are very accommodating to sportsmen. There is a calving barn with an attached apartment, if available that may be used with the permission of the landowner after meeting prospective lessee.
