All you have to do is look at the aerial maps and pretend your a big buck. If you decide to cruise looking for does, you would have to use this property and it's many funnels along the creek to travel in cover and scent check the resident does. I don't know that I've ever seen a property that funnels more than this one.
This awesome property provides many different options for a group of hunters. It is flat loaded with deer and sets up great with it's meandering timber along the creek. Throw in some really nice blocks of timber and you have a lot of options for intercepting these whitetails. While touring the property, I noticed several great spots for stand locations and the property is littered with sign from years past.
Not to mention the turkeys. There are a couple of different flocks that call this property home. The landowner reports seeing good numbers of both deer and turkey. With Beaucoup Creek(A nice deep & wide creek) flowing along the east property line, there may be a opportunity for some waterfowl hunting as well. A lot of ducks and geese were reported in the area this past fall.
This is a Soybean and Wheat only farm. There is one small foodplot that is planted in corn each year by the bridge at the creek.
