Property Description: DEER AND ALL OTHER LEGAL GAME....Have a great place to hunt all season! There is a good road and food plots could be planted in the open areas not visible from the public road. The timber was harvested several years ago except for the streamside management zones (SMZ's). The small stream is bordered by older mixed hardwoods and the cutover area now has a dense stand of trees from 6' to 15' feet tall. There is plenty of thick cover surrounded by large tracts of mature timber and the deer move from the mature timber to the cover. I have have seen numerous deer tracks, bedding areas, trails, and some wild hog sign. This tract is located about 5 miles southwest of Blues Old Stand in an area that is well known for abundant deer,turkey,and other wildlife. ***No hunting with dogs***Maximum number of hunters allowed on this lease: Up to three (3) Maximum number of hunters allowed on this property at any one time: Up to three(3)including guest hunter(s) and a lessee must be present on this property with any guest hunter. ***Respect and care for this property is required.....Please, no littering and no trespassing....Respect for property boundaries is required.....Hunters are asked to use quality deer management.....ATV's may be used for hunting related purposes only.....No trail riding for safety reasons and to help prevent soil erosion on the roads.....No subleasing, outfitting, or any other commercial use of this property is permitted. ***Annual harvest reports are required and will be sent to you after deer season.*** Alabama hunting license information is available at www.outdooralabama.com. ****Food and lodging are available in Union Springs or Troy. $1 million per occurrence ($2 million aggregate)hunting lease liability insurance policy is included in the lease price.
