Property is very scenic with diverse habitat, including wooded hills and hardwood creek bottoms. Also, has shooting houses and food plots on power line right-of-way. Property is located in northern Pike County in the Conecuh River watershed and is in the edge of the Alabama Black Belt region, well-known for quality deer hunting.
Many choices of food and lodging are available in nearby Troy. Also, it is only 3 miles to the Heart of Dixie Trail Ride (horses) with cabins, RV parking and many other facilities. Hunting of all legal game is permitted with a maximum of up to four (4) hunters. No outfitting or other commercial use is permitted. $1 million in recreational hunting and fishing lease liability insurance is included in lease price.
