Property Description: 200 ACRE RUT AND STRUT LEASE IN KNOX COUNTY, MISSOURI!! The landowner and tennant farmer report that this tract is over-run with deer and turkey. Thick bedding areas within the timber and tons of deer trails were observed while scouting this tract. Tillable acres are planted in soybeans for 2009.

There is a building on-site that has been used as a hunting camp in the past and it's use is negotiable. This Northeast Missouri tract should provide for some great hunting for big bucks and longbeards!

The Missouri Department of Conservation recently reported that this area has over 30 deer per square mile! This farm has some of the heaviest cover in the immediate area and is a hotspot for the game. Knox County is and antler point restricted county. Turkey numbers are very strong and I observed lots of turkey sign while scouting.

The tennant farmer maintains tight control of this property to eliminate any trespassing issues. Hunters must check in and communicate with tennant before and after hunting the farm. Tennant may harvest 1 doe for the freezer annually. Landowner says that there is a "slight possibility" that he would take a family member on a spring turkey hunt. The above hunting would be coordinated as to not effect the quality of the lessee's hunting experience. Landowner and tennant both agree that several does should be taken from the property to help with crop damage. Failure to harvest does may prohibit renewal of the lease next year. Harvest reports must be submitted to lease manager annually.

A.T.V.'s approved for hunting related tasks only. No trail riding permitted. This a deer and turkey only lease. $1 million dollars of hunting liabilty insurance is included in the lease price. Food, fuel, and lodging located close-by. Outfitter use of the property negotiable.
