Property Description: ***DEER LEASE*** This is your opportunity for great deer hunting for the 2009-2010 season at a reasonable price. This property has diverse habitat with a lot of mature deer. Property has thick bedding areas, permanent streams with beaver ponds, several small ponds, hardwood creek bottoms, several varieties of oak trees for hard mast, producing crabapple trees, mixed mature timber, pastures and hay fields. It is located very near the Conecuh River and large areas of river and creek bottomlands.
****You will never meet a nicer person than the landowner and he wants you to enjoy hunting deer on his property. This is a deer lease only and you will have exclusive rights for the whole season which ends on 01/31/10. This lease ends on 02/15/10 to give you time to remove your stands.****
This deer only lease will usually begin on July 1st and end on February 15th.
Landowner has a few draft horses and a few head of cattle that graze on part of this property. Respect and care with the livestock is required....Leave gates as found....Respect for property boundaries is required....Hunters are asked to use quality deer management....Maximum number of hunters on lease, two(2), and their guest(s)....Use of 4-wheelers and utility vehicles for hunting purposes only....No alcoholic beverages....Annual harvest reports are required and will be sent to the sportsmen after deer season.
