If you have hunted Minnesota, you know that Houston County produces some spectacular trophy bucks and is loaded with wild turkeys! This tract of land is mostly woodlands and is currently sitting idle. It has a beautiful rolling topography and bluffs with a spectacular view of the Mississippi river. The landowner reports that the land has been very lightly hunted and that there are many deer and turkeys that call this farm their home! The land is just one mile south of Brownsville on Hwy 26 and can be accessed by a very rough dirt drive. It is also approximately 15 miles from LaCrosse Wisconsin. The property borders all private land and the boundaries must be strictly adhered to. This lease is for deer and turkey hunting ONLY. The landowner also asks that sportsmen limit deer harvests to mature bucks, with 6 points or more. Deer (all weapons) licenses are available over the counter in Minnesota. Turkey license is by lottery. ATV use for hunting activities only and is limited to existing roads and trails. No cutting of marketable timber, trimming of limbs for shooting lanes only.
