Property Description: NICE ARCHERY DEER LEASE IN BOONE COUNTY!! This tract consists of agricultural acres that are in a corn/ soybean rotation and timber. The larger chunk of timber offers several potential stand locations and contains a cedar thicket that should serve as a bedding area for the deer. Additional possible stand locations are located in the fingers of timber that protrude into the crop fields. A couple small ponds and creeks will provide for constant water sources. This lease is located just outside the Columbia City Limits. Like many of Missouri's urban areas, the Columbia area has a very high deer density. Combine the high deer numbers with the crop fields and cover on this farm and you get a great little deer hunting spot. This lease is also about 1.3 miles from the 2,272 acre Rock Bridge State Park which does not allow any hunting. Some big bucks roam the woodlots in and around Columbia!!

This lease allows archery hunting for deer only. No commercial use. A.T.V.'s approved for hunting related tasks only. No trail riding. Numerous hotels and restaurants are located in Columbia. Landowner reserves the right to goose hunt in the crop fields. $1 million dollars of hunting liability insurance is included in the lease price.
