Property Description: South East Nebraska Strikes Again !!!! DEER HUNTERS - WATERFOWLERS - UPLAND - AND TURKEY HUNTERS WANTED....... 320 Acres Consisting of (2) 160A adjacent tracts. The northern tract is split up in CRP, corn and soybean rotation, tree line, and 2 ponds. When meeting with the owners they were telling me that the tree line has quite a bit of deer traffic and that tree line has a creek running through it and is pretty active for with water as it actually flows north and a little east providing a water source as well as the ponds. He was saying that the deer travel up and down that line and then in most cases take the little east and west grass draw to the pasture and CRP and loaf in there most days as well as the CRP grass draw on the east side of the creek to the south. Obviously great places to put up some stands. (See maps for detailed field topo.) The top NW corner of the north tract is cattle grazed normally from May to Oct. There are some nice rolling hills which you may not be able to see as the aerials don't give them justice. There are some nice breaks and vantage points for spotting or setting up for rifle season.
If Turkey or upland bird hunting is your bag then the CRP and grass will also be a great place to spend some time.
The waterfowlers in you should be looking at this listing Seriously. This is a good location from what I have been told and will continue to get better as the owner is wanting to pursue making more of the south tract in to the Wetlands Program. Get in now while you can before someone else sew's it up.
ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only, no damage to any crops and use lanes or trails, fence lines if accessing CRP, no random trail riding. $1 million in hunting liability insurance is included in lease price.
