LEASE DESCRIPTON: Lease 1280 acres in the Redfield South Dakota area. You are bidding on a flexible lease that includes 10 days total of pheasant hunting @ $1600 per lease. A total of 10 days hunting may be used by an individual or party. For example, 1 person may hunt on 10 different days, or 5 persons could hunt 2 days. This is not a guided hunt, but will be hosted by a person who will show you the boundaries etc. More than one lease will be available for this property, but only a limited number of leases will be sold in order to maintain hunting quality.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:THIS PLACE IS LOADED WITH WILD BIRDS. (Birds are not released on this property) Consists of row crops, pasture acres, wetlands and CRP and food plots. Professionally designed, the landowner has restored approx. 500 acres to grassland, wetlands and food plots that hold a bunch of birds! Pheasant numbers were outstanding in 2008 and look promising again for 2009. All South Dakota game laws & limits are in effect.
